Until we outlaw all private money from elections including the candidate's own funds, our system will be corrupt. I doubt AIPAC is breaking any campaign laws.
This is my district. Early on in the campaign, both candidates did canvassing and personally rang doorbells in the district. Both seemed like decent people.
Then the negative ads about Wahab being soft on sex offenders and weakening protections for young girls against predators started flooding airwaves and stuffing mailboxes. It was a complete turn-off to make me not even vote in the election. The ads seems completely disjointed with the early campaign. Now I know why.
